So, you may not be a hardcore fad diet follower. You may not even be a fan of the word diet. As long as you have some consciousness about what you put into your body, that’s all I care about. You don’t need to follow a strict diet unless you feel it’s absolutely necessary for your life. You should enjoy your food.
I will say this though, if I encounter a recipe that is healthy and worth eating, it’s getting shared. That’s how I feel about these doughnuts from Lexi at Lexi’s Clean Kitchen. They have to be shared with all you lovely people. Even if you are not a fan of stringent diets or diets in general, you will appreciate these doughnuts.
We all enjoy doughnuts but we don’t enjoy the effects it has on our body. Lexi’s recipe is one that can be put together easily, and you won’t hate yourself after eating a whole doughnut or two. The doughnuts are paleo which is pretty cool and they aren’t fried so they stay within the parameters of “clean eating”.
